Happy Thanksgiving!
Wishing everyone a belated Thanksgiving and a marvelous Black Friday.
I hope everyone had a turkey that came out as great as the one I made:

15lb Butterball - Happy Thanksgiving 2009!
I also hope that eveyone had a great time with family and friends. It was a great day to give thanks.
For the Monts family, it was a day of togetherness as it has been more than 10 years since me, my brother, my aunt, my uncle, and my grandmother have been together. It is also somewhat sad as we greatly missed my mother who passed away in 2008.

As 2009 comes to a close we all have a lot to be thankful for. Yes, the economy is not what it used to be, but we all have loved ones that we cherish and friends that care. This in itself is more valuable than money or property. Love your family today and every holiday as they what counts!
PP (post-post): The local BBQ joint here in Texas, Rudy’s, sold 3,800 BBQ’d turkeys in a matter of weeks. Next year I will be the first to order. Since I am a numbers geek, I thought I would point this out… 3,800 is a lot turkeys to BBQ!
